With a natural jetty and floating dock, Kingfisher Farm offers direct access to miles of pristine marshes and creeks brimming with birds, fish, turtles and other wildlife. With little to no boat traffic, these private waters make for an exceptional place to kayak or paddle board.

The dock is fully accessible for boating for much of the day, providing boaters access to the CT River, Long Island Sound. Conveniently located directly across the CT River from Essex and across LIS from Orient Point, boaters can spend a day visiting Long Island, Shelter Island, Montauk, Mystic, Rhode Island and beyond!
